Australia’s Funniest Shorts Program Unveiled

The shortlist to be screened at the Sydney and Perth comedy festivals.

Filtering through some of the best comedy sketch and short films Australia has to offer, promoters Vulture Culture have narrowed down a shortlist for this year’s Australia’s Funniest Shorts.

A handful of flicks from around the country have been selected to appear at the Sydney Comedy Festival (The Factory Theatre, Tuesday 3 May) and Perth Comedy Festival (Perth Town Hall, Wednesday 4 May).

The funniest sketch from the lot will be awarded $500 and the funniest short film (between three-to-eight-minutes) will be awarded $1000.
