Australia Is About To Get Its First-ever Hologram Concert Tour

Touring around the country.

Australia is set to host legendary US artist Roy Orbison for the first time since his 1972 run in what will be the country's first-ever hologram concert tour.

The In Dreams tour will head our way next May for shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide.

The production will recreate the late Rock & Roll Hall Of Famer through holographic imaging on stage, where he will perform his greatest hits as well as newly recorded and never-before-heard arrangements of his classics, accompanied on stage by a full symphony orchestra.

To coincide with the tour, Sony Music will also release the album, A Love So Beautiful: Roy Orbison with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on 3 November.

Tickets go on sale from Tuesday 14 November; for a look at all of the dates and venues; head over to theGuide.
