Aussies Named To Play Bonnaroo This Year

Oi Oi Oi!

More King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard

A handful of Australian acts will perform at this year's huge Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in America.

Local dance music luminary Flume, adored singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett, Melbourne fuzz ensemble King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard and rising Sydney indie trio DMA's have been confirmed to play the massive event, which takes place in Manchester, Tennessee this June.

The jam-packed bill includes the likes of Billy Joel, Mumford & Sons, Deadmau5, Kendrick Lamar, Florence & The Machine, Robert Plant, Slayer and Childish Gambino, so our artists are in some pretty esteemed company.

Earlier today, a number of Aussies were also confirmed for the SXSW conference in the States, including DMA's. Barnett will also showcase at SXSW.
