Damn straight, Catherine Britt.
Following last year's unfortunate news that she had been diagnosed with cancer, Aussie country singer Catherine Britt has announced that she will be teaming up with a number of the country's favourite acts for four special shows appropriately named 'F U Cancer!'.
After confirming that she had been diagnosed with stage 2A breast cancer last June, the ARIA-nominated artist has undergone chemotherapy and radiation treatment ever since and the upcoming shows are to be a celebration, as she completes her final treatments this month.
Britt will take to the stage in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne this coming April, followed by a show in her hometown of Newcastle in May, where she will be joined by a number of different artists on each stop.
Confirmed on the 'F U Cancer!' bill include Josh Pyke, Kasey Chambers, Troy Cassar-Daley, Shannon Noll, Beccy Cole, Busby Marou, Wendy Matthews, Wes Carr, Ellie Drennan, Lloyd Spiegel and Danny Widdicombe, with more acts to still be announced.

"The last 8 months have been incredibly hard for me; looking back I don't know how I made it through it all," Britt said.
"I now see a light at the end of the tunnel and am excited to celebrate with music and good friends. I can't think of a better way to do it, than with a tour. Saying 'F U Cancer' is the perfect way to respond to this disease. It's brave, in your face and strong, just like all those that have fought cancer and all of those that will in the future."
