After 11 shows sold out within hours of tickets going on sale, Midnight Oil have kept their promise and announced new shows for The Great Circle tour.
The new concerts will take place at Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl on 8 November and at The Domain in Sydney on 17 February.
The announcement comes just a day after tickets for the tour hit resale websites for over $1000.
A statement released by the iconic group's tour promoter this morning reads, "The band hope this additional supply of tickets in the market will reduce the ability of scalpers to unscrupulously profit from the passion of Midnight Oil fans".
