The hip hop collective lead the festival's second announcement
The second announcement for the WOMADelaide festival has been revealed, with hip hop ensemble Arrested Development leading the way.
The collective, known for their hits People Everyday and Mr Wendal, will join the already announced Billy Bragg, Osaka Monaurail, Living Room and Ngaiire. Here is the full second announcement:

Speakers for WOMADelaide's The Planet Talks program have also been revealed, with former Midnight Oil frontman and Labor minister Peter Garrett plus British barrister, author and activist Polly Higgins set to take part in the initiative.
The full festival program will be unveiled on Thursday 14 November. WOMADelaide will take place from Friday 7 to Monday 10 March at in Adelaide's Botanic Park. For more info, head to the official website.
