Another ARIAs done and dusted.
Despite an impressive year of awards and performances, the 2020 ARIA Awards has hit its lowest TV ratings since 2012.
According to TV Tonight, the program drew in just 287,000 viewers for the Channel Nine airing from 7.30pm.
While this is technically the award's lowest ratings in eight years - 2012's program drew in 304,000 viewers - these numbers don't factor in the expansion to online viewing platforms like YouTube and 9 Now.
The YouTube main show live stream closed out with 106,359 viewers, while the pre-show is sitting at 72,709. The 9 Now figures have not been released.
Cumulatively, this gives the show a total of 466,068 across the evening, edging just ahead of 2015's ratings of 461,000 viewers.
It's not all bad news for the traditional medium though, with the program beating programs like Britain's Got Talent, Bull and The Great Train Robbery in their time slots.
