Joey Belladonna stays coy on the topic.
Heavy metal stalwarts Anthrax are in the midst of an extensive run of tour dates (including Soundwave) but fans shouldn't bet on hearing any new material from the band at these shows.
Vocalist Joey Belladonna was reluctant to give out too many details when asked if the iconic rockers would release a new album in the future.
“People have ideas, but we haven't really shared them as a group or anything like that at the moment. There hasn't been any specific talks on when or where we're going to do anything yet. We have one where we did something on the road that we put together that's new [and] may surface, but at the moment there's nothing concrete as far as another record.”
The same could be said for Belladonna's solo career (he released a handful of albums during his periods away from Anthrax), even though he does have some fresh material up his sleeve.

I'm just trying to keep busy but I don't need a lot of projects to keep focused. You don't want to get too tied up.”
