'Don't Engage With It': Advertised Amyl & The Sniffers Show Tonight Is A Scam

You may have seen or heard that Aussie favourites Amyl & The Sniffers are performing a hometown show tonight.. but it's too good to be true. 

The Melbourne group are advertised to perform a livestreamed show at The Croxton but management for the band have confirmed it's a scam.

"This fake livestream event is one of many we’ve seen lately," management told The Music today.

"We don’t know what it is or who is publishing it, but we can only assume it’s something malicious. Please don’t engage with it, or others like it.

"Trust the bands and venues you know, and double check they’re actually hosting an event before you RSVP."
