After plenty of touring across the globe, following the release of their successful 2024 record Cartoon Darkness, Amyl and the Sniffers are finally coming home.
In the last few years, the Aussie punks have been nominated for Grammy and BRIT Awards and taken home multiple ARIA Awards. They’ve taken the stage at Glastonbury and Coachella and released a country-inspired live album and concert film.
After a whirlwind run, they’re heading home for a series of outdoor shows this summer, letting fans see them in some of the country’s most iconic settings.
Amyl and the Sniffers will perform as part of Brisbane’s On the Banks series on Friday, 26 February; Fremantle’s Palace Foreshore on Sunday, 28 February; Sydney’s Bondi Beach (for the Golden Hour series) on Thursday, 4 March; and Melbourne’s Palace Foreshore on Sunday, 7 March.
Venue pre-sale tickets for the Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne shows will go on sale Wednesday, 14 October, at 9 am local time, with general sale opening Friday, 16 October, at 9 am local time.
For the Sydney show, the locals and promoter pre-sales open on Wednesday, 21 October, at 10 am and 12 pm local time, respectively. General sale begins Thursday, 22 October, at 12 pm AEDT. Find more ticketing information on Amyl and the Sniffers’ website.
Amyl and the Sniffers will be joined by special guests WAAX, Southeast Desert Metal, GRUB, Barkaa, Xiao Xiao, Spike Fuck, and Techno 666 on their forthcoming tour. Check out the date-by-date breakdown of the support acts below.
$5 from each ticket sold for the band’s tour will be donated to charity. The funds will be split equally between Food Bank Australia, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre, Living Knowledge Network, Wilya Janta (Standing Strong) Housing Collaboration, Sisters Inside, and Teach Us Consent.
The band will also donate $1 from each ticket sold from their Sydney Show to the Bondi and North Bondi Surf Life Saving Clubs, in recognition of their heroic actions during the Bondi attack.
Amyl and the Sniffers said, “We want to extend our love and respect to the local community, and most importantly to those members of the Jewish community who were targeted during the attack. Thank you for letting us play.”
