Amy Schumer Announces Aussie Tour

One of the biggest names in comedy right now, US actor Amy Schumer has confirmed she’ll make a return to Australia this December.

It was only last year that Schumer graced out shores, delivering an intimate stand-up gig in Melbourne while promoting Trainweck, and 2016 will see headline dates in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.

With the fourth season of Comedy Central hit Inside Amy Schumer recently wrapping, Schumer kicks off her Aus tour at Perth Arena on December 10.

The tour news comes at the same time co-star and writer Tig Notaro indicated in an interview with The Guardian this month that there was tension between the two of them.

“It sounds like offensive nonsense to me. I find that so offensive and weird,” Notaro said on comments Schumer made about her appearance.
