You have every right to be bummed if you weren't there.
When Sydney nightclub Candys Apartment announced they'd be teaming up with Keep Sydney Open for a huge party but would keep the line-up a secret until showtime, we now get why they did that and we aren't mad at all.
Because last night at the Kings Cross hotspot, a number of huge names including Alison Wonderland, What So Not, Golden Features and Hayden James hit the decks to a packed house.
The anticipation for the 'Candys Reunion' party, bringing together past and present resident acts, was evident as lines were streaming down Bayswater Road by 8pm.
Taking to Facebook today, What So Not summed up the night perfectly, writing, "Last night we reopened Sydney," accompanied by a shot of himself on stage alongside his fellow headliners.

The party took place just weeks after Candys was shut down by police following a raid on the venue.
Wonderland followed suit, writing on Twitter, "THE SYDNEY MUSIC SCENE IS IMPORTANT WE ARE A COMMUNITY.
"Last night should be enough to realise."
Speaking exclusively to The Music earlier this week, Candys promoter Jarrad Bodeker said the party would celebrate Sydney's music culture.
"Many of these artists have directly quoted Candys Apartment as a significant contribution to the start of their career," Bodeker says.
"Sydney's boutique clubs have been a cultural breeding ground for decades, spanning multiple generations of music and social revolutions.
"Without these venues, Sydney will stagnate and lose the art communities."
