The Australian Independent Record Labels Association (AIR) have confirmed music streaming giant Rdio Australia will be one of the major partners for this year's Carlton Dry Independent Music Awards.
AIR's Communications Manager Joanna Cameron said they were "extremely pleased" to have the support of the streaming service.
"It is fantastic to have Rdio support AIR in our objectives of promoting the interests and development of Australian independent musicians, labels and music companies."
Rdio will present the award for Best Independent Album at the ceremony, which takes place at Melbourne's Meat Market next week on Wednesday 8 October. Relieve all the nominees here in the meantime.
