Rappers AB Original are calling on fans to vote their song January 26 into Triple M's recently announced Ozzest 100 countdown, which is set to take place on 26 Jan next year. 

The calls came just hours after Triple M announced a surprising move to launch its own top 100 playlist on Australia Day next year, just weeks after triple j announced it is moving the date of the Hottest 100.

One half of AB Original, Adam Briggs, tweeted yesterday saying "We should ruin #TripleM’s redneck countdown and stick @ABOriginalBAM & @dansultan January 26 right in the middle of their cross burning."

Dan Sultan, who features on the track, has also called for fans to vote the song into the countdown, saying "Triple M’s redneck countdown decided to capitalise on @triple_j's ‘changing the date and making the RIGHT DECISION’ this year by swooping in and holding there own count down, so Vote NOW."
