A Lot Like Birds demo new material

California's A Lot Like Birds are well-under way with a new album as the band start to demo new material.

This new release will be the first without longtime bassist Michael Littlefield, who left last year, and, subsequently, the first with new bassist, Matt Coate.

The "progressive/Post-whatever/experimental" band's last record was 2013's 'No Place', and this new record is slated for a release sometime this year, so keep your eyes and ears open.
