"Everybody Wang Chung tonight".
This November some of the biggest international music acts of the 1980s will be touring the country, including Peter Cox and Richard Drummie of English pop duo Go West, Wang Chung and more.
Go West, known for hits like The King Of Wishful Thinking (which appeared on the Pretty Woman soundtrack), We Close Our Eyes, Call Me and Don’t Look Down appear on the line-up alongside British new wave group Wang Chung (Let’s Go!, Everybody Have Fun Tonight), English rock band Cutting Crew formed in London in '85 and Brit Award-winning singer songwriter Paul Young.
The only American on the bill is pop singer Taylor Dayne (aka Leslie Wunderman), purveyors of hits including Tell It To My Heart, Prove Your Love, I’ll Be Your Shelter and #1 single Love Will Lead You Back.
The tour follows the recent trend of '80s and '90s revival tours, including Vanilla Ice and Coolio heading here soon for I Love The '90s and tours last year from Culture Club and Kim Wilde and Howard Jones.
