"Some of my fondest memories occurred at the Lansdowne."
After confirming The Gooch Palms, High Tension and more last month, Rolling Stone Live Lodge welcomes another batch of stellar artists to the line-up.
The Lansdowne Hotel-based live music series, running from September 20 - October 7, will now host Aussie hip hop legend 360, Tex-Mex garage punkers Le Butcherettes, rising star Birdz, Nicole Millar, Odette and Evan Klar playing EMI’s New Music Night, and a Spunk Records showcase featuring Shining Bird and Crepes.
"Some of my fondest memories occurred at the Lansdowne, from seeing Magic Dirt for the first time to discovering grunge pioneer Mudhoney," Rolling Stone editor-in-chief Matt Coyte said in a statement.
"We’ve picked a schedule of entertainment that we think stands up against any from the pub’s history, from well-known local acts to up-and-coming artists. Come and have a drink and a Mary’s burger pizza with us!"
