123 Agency has gone into liquidation.
The booking and management agency was founded in 2013 and was owned and operated by former Motor Ace drummer Damian Costin.
Artists signed to the agency included Kingswood, The Vanns, Bakers Eddy, Between You & Me and more.
According to an insolvency notice, 123 Agency Group Pty. Ltd. is now officially "in liquidation" with firm SV Partners' Timothy James Brace and Michael Carrafa the appointed liquidators.
"Notice is given that at a general meeting of the members of the Company held on 05 May 2020, it was resolved that the Company be wound up and that Timothy James Brace & Michael Carrafa be appointed liquidator(s)," reads the notice.
The Music has contacted SV Partners for comment.
As reported by The Industry Observer, Costin has joined Live Nation Australia as General Manager, starting the position in March this year.
Costin was unavailable for comment.
