NOVA NATION, the beloved radio show that brought you the hottest hits and dance floor classics, has quietly returned to NOVA’s airwaves, with Joel Corry, SGT Slick and Topic set to lead the show’s comeback.

The revival comes as exciting news for music enthusiasts who have been missing the electrifying tunes and top-notch DJ performances that characterised the radio station before it went off the air a decade ago.

NOVA NATION originally hit the airwaves in 2009, making waves in the Australian music scene. With its carefully curated blend of contemporary chart-toppers, remixes, and throwback dance anthems, it quickly became the go-to destination for anyone looking to kickstart their weekend with a dance-worthy playlist

However, in the early months of 2013, NOVA NATION sadly bid farewell to its listeners in Adelaide and Perth. Subsequently, on December 24, 2013, the radio station also departed from the airwaves in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane,and was replaced by Coles Radio, presented by Coles Supermarkets.

NOVA NATION listeners made it clear that they were not happy with the station’s removal, with many taking to online forums to criticising the move, with comments like “what a joke,” and “down down with this rubbish” flooding the site at the time.

For a while, the station remained accessible to listeners worldwide through online streaming until mid-2016, when its online streaming services were discontinued.

Now, NOVA NATION has made a triumphant return, broadcasting weekly on Friday nights from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM and Saturday nights from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM as it sets to reclaim its status as the ultimate weekend party starter.
