She’s spent more than a decade helping shape the careers of some of Australia’s most loved artists, but now, homegrown music executive Marietta Chernov is going out on her own.
Chernov has announced a new boutique music industry company, All Heart Music. Located in Melbourne, she has launched a project encompassing artist management, A&R, artist development, and creative strategy, while joining forces with artists, songwriters, producers, record labels, and publishers in Australia and overseas.
With the launch of All Heart Music, Chernov is starting with a bang. The company’s inaugural roster includes Dance Monkey hitmaker Tones And I (co-management) and rising Melbourne-based rapper and songwriter, Benny Morrell.
Discussing the company’s launch, Chernov explained that the business represents her deeply personal, long-held vision.
“After more than a decade working alongside incredible artists and teams, launching All Heart Music felt like a natural evolution — and one grounded entirely in the relationships and values that matter most to me,” she said.
She continued, “The name All Heart Music really reflects the way I’ve always approached this industry. Everything starts with genuine belief, trust, creativity and care for the artist and their vision. I’m passionate about building careers that are not only successful, but lasting and authentic.

Chernov brings incredible knowledge and experience from her time at Sony, with skills spanning A&R, artist development, marketing, publicity, and management to her own company.
Additionally, she’s played an instrumental role in the careers of artists such as Tones And I, Guy Sebastian, Tash Sultana, Luke Hemmings, MAY-A, Forest Claudette, Mansionair, and many others. With an artist-first approach, Chernov has helped guide artists’ projects that have been heard, enjoyed, and connected to by fans across the globe.
