Influential Australian music industry figure Jessica Ducrou has launched a new venture, Black Peach, in collaboration with Untitled Group.

The touring partnership will see the co-founder and former CEO of Secret Sounds Group offer Aussie fans more “world-class live music experiences”, with a focus on international touring artists.

“I’m super excited to partner with Untitled Group, contributing to their already impressive touring roster of artists,” Ducrou said.

“An amazing company that I have admired greatly from afar, I am very much looking forward to collaborating with [Nicholas Greco] and the team who share a like-minded passion for artist development, bold ideas and innovation. Good times ahead!”

Untitled Group Co-Founder and Managing Partner Nicholas Greco added: “We’re honoured to be working alongside someone as respected and experienced as Jess.

“Her contribution to the Australian live music landscape is something we’ve long admired. Welcoming her into this new chapter with Untitled feels like a natural collaboration.”

The collaboration has been described as a “new chapter” for Ducrou, who previously spearheaded some of the country’s most iconic events, including Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, Harvest Rock, Homebake and more.

In June of 2024, Ducrou departed Secret Sounds Group after eight years.

At the time, she stated she would be taking a break from the “hectic nature of working in music” but teased “the next step of her journey” was on the horizon.

“It has been an epic journey that has been truly inspiring and an opportunity to collaborate with the best in the business,” Ducrou said upon her departure.

“It would not have been as rewarding, possible or enjoyable if it weren’t for the people I have worked alongside of.”

Ducrou is also Chair of SoundNSW and Deputy Chair of the Australian Festivals Association.

It’s been a big year for Untitled Group already, with the company recently ranked #12 on Billboard’s Top Promoters Worldwide, while its Pitch Music & Arts and Beyond The Valley events were named in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Festivals globally.
