The Australian Independent Record Labels Association (AIR) has just confirmed the first round of speakers confirmed to appear at this year’s Indie-Con Australia Conference and A2IM’s Indie Week Australian Edition.

The pair of music industry gatherings will take place from Wednesday, 29 July, to Friday, 31 July, at Mercury Cinema and Nexus Arts in Adelaide. The 2025 events explored pressing issues facing independent music, including global growth in new markets, how to address the emerging presence of AI, the importance of an artist’s catalogue, radio caps, touring, and more.
