Band: Rag N' Bone

Give us a short description of your music: 'Polished scunge' - in other words, organised chaos.

What is the best thing that's happened to you/your band so far? I'd say being given the opportunity to perform overseas in some amazing places. A personal highlight would be opening Concrete & Grass Festival in Shanghai this year. Didn't see that coming.

Has the party side of the music industry been all you were hoping for so far in your career? Well it's early days, but I have already embarrassed myself in front of The Veronicas. So yeah, I guess.

What industry lessons would you like to take away from WAMFest? WAMFest's been very beneficial to us in terms of learning how to approach things like radio and expanding your reach. Hopefully we can look further into that and also get some hot networking tips.

What acts are you looking forward to checking out at WAMFest? Last few Foam and Skullcave gigs I've seen have been amazing so I will definitely be checking them out. Also Segue Safari and Bells Rapids. You really can't go wrong wherever you are during the fest.

Why should people come and see you from amongst the many cool bands at WAMFest? Because we're the band that heckles you! And also we have a new tuna that we're pretty excited about.

When and where is your WAMFest gig? 4 Nov, State Theatre
