Give us a short description your music: Self-deprecating, hilarious, insightful, conversational freestyle rap performed with a phenomenal hip hop live band and guest singer.
What is the best thing that's happened to you/your band so far? Colab really changed when we started inviting guest artists and vocalists to feature. Now it's more of a platform, it's a network, for both freestyle rap and improvised live music.
Has the party side of the music industry been all you were hoping for so far in your career? I think after a while you start to realise that being at industry parties is work. You're there to socialise and that means welcoming and supporting everyone else there.

What industry lessons would you like to take away from WAMFest? For me it's the organisation that goes into making these types of events succeed. Colab and Sketch The Rhyme have had to work together closely to build a show that draws upon both our strengths.
What acts are you looking forward to checking out at WAMFest? Bats, Golden String, Mathas to name a few...
Why should people come and see you from amongst the many cool bands at WAMFest? This is not a Perth band playing a regular gig. This is a freestyle live rap band competing with an interstate rap supergroup. And the Colab live band is absolutely incredible.
When and where is your WAMFest gig? 4 Nov, Rosemount Hotel, 8pm.
