How did you first become involved in the music business and how did you end up where you are today? Slave labour during my teenage years. I was hungry for success because Mummy and Daddy weren't rich so I had to go for it and work hard.
What's been the biggest change in the music business you've seen over the past 12 months? The only constant is change and things are always evolving.
What do you think will be the biggest issue affecting the music industry in the next 12 months and why? There are always issues and I try not to concern myself with it. I'm more interested in developing talent.

What advice would you give young practitioners in your area starting out today? Keep your eyes and ears open and be an information sponge. Take the long view and work hard. Find some good mentors and don't speak bullshit.
What will you be primarily discussing during your appearance at the WAMCon? The magic of music and how the business ticks.
What are you hoping that people will be able to learn from your panel/interview? Hopefully to demystify some common perceptions and educate.
What do you personally hope to take away from your time at WAMCon? Absorbing loads of good music and meeting future friends.
