"'Nunchucks' would be my opportunity to visually portray my fun and sassy side."
Taylor B-W shares her brand new video today, premiering exclusively with The Music.
The track, titled Nunchucks, is the first release for the Sydney-based artist for 2021 and sees her work with director Georgie Fabien shooting at locations around the city's Inner West.
"Nunchucks would be my opportunity to visually portray my fun and sassy side - something I show all the time on my social media accounts, but I hadn’t represented in my music videos yet," Taylor B-W told The Music.
"Having always been inspired by '90s music and culture, including the bright outfits and cheeky attitudes of R&B female groups and artists, like TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, Janet Jackson and the Spice Girls, I wanted to give a nostalgic nod to that era by incorporating the '90s vibe into the whole look of the single, including the cover art, lyric video and, of course, the music video."
