Byron Bay four-piece Sunrose burst into 2019 through a rainbow with the release of the intoxicating track Too High To Say Hello making us dream of heady summer days. They return today with a video for the single and it's premiering exclusively on theMusic.com.au.
Filmed by Robert Sherwood Films at a farm in Mullumbimby, the video sets a dreamy tone as the song weaves a textured tapestry of well-crafted melodies and hypnotic arrangements. Also there are dogs which of course makes any video 100 times better.
“We recorded Too High To Say Hello ourselves at Julian’s [Abbott] studio No Wave," the band.
"It was a new process for us recording each instrument individually and slowly building the song piece by piece which gave us more freedom to focus on how each part interrelated.”
Check out the clip above - it's the perfect way to cruise into a laidback weekend.
