VIDEO PREMIERE: Steve Kilbey & Gareth Koch - 'Journey To Byzantium'

Following last month's release of their second collaborative album, Songs from Another Life (Music of Antiquity), Steve Kilbey and Gareth Koch have today revealed the new music video for the track, Journey To Byzantium, premiering on theMusic.com.au today!

Director and editor of the clip, Red Tape Pictures' Clint Lewis (who has collaborated with Kilbey on a few projects) said this video was "the most challenging" yet.

"The clip had to meet the sounds of Greek and Roman antiquity guided by Gareth Koch's classical guitar playing," Lewis told The Music.

"The look of the video heavily leans on Neoclassical paintings, with a lot of Rembrandt lighting - a technique that I've been waiting to find the right project for."
