Lost Luggage ProfileLost Luggage share the brand new video for Smalltown Boy today, premiering exclusively with The Music.
The duo is made up of actress and musician Danielle Spencer and songwriter/producer Vince Pizzinga, and here they take on the 1984 Bronski Beat track Smalltown Boy.
Spencer told The Music that, “Making this video was similar to making the music".
"It was just Vince, myself and the director/editor Joe Machart. We worked out the look and feel we wanted beforehand and then just improvised as we went along. It was a really fun process!"
The self-titled Lost Luggage album is due on 10 July and features seven new takes on classic tracks like Running Up That Hill, Careless Whisper, Who's That Girl and more.
"This album was a chance to celebrate a collection of songs that were a seminal part of our growing up," said Pizzinga of the album.
"The songwriting and production were profoundly influential in the development of my musical aesthetic and have definitely inspired my own work as a composer, arranger and producer."
