We asked the lovely Mariko Doi, the guitarist of YUCK, what essential items she takes on tour to survive the trials and tribulations of life on the road.
It's been a whirlwind year for the guys and girl of seminal UK shoegaze act, YUCK. They've lost a member, grabbed a new member, released a sophomore album to critical acclaim and have been touring almost non-stop.
This touring has seen the band on the road since September, destroying the ears and minds of fans all over Europe with their new material ass well as supporting the legendary Pixies for a few European shows last month. This is all before heading over to North America early next year to give the US their first taste of Glow And Behold.
We thought that kind of touring is just insane, so we asked the lovely Mariko Doi, the guitarist of YUCK, what essential items she takes on tour to survive the trials and tribulations of life on the road.
