The Melbourne songwriter's new track is her first since March's I Am A Woman and was written during the COVID lockdown.
"Writings on the wall, confined disco boogies, possums tapping on the ceilings and broken internet calls all sum up the making of Radio Silence," Samsaruh told The Music.
"What a wild ride 2020 has been been; from being one of the last musicians playing before the pandemic hit, to writing songs in ways songs have never been written before, to not knowing whether it would be possible putting a single out and not knowing 'til two weeks before a headline show whether it will be legally possible.
"What we are living through right now is truly historic. Every single person in the world has a unique story they'll one day tell their grandchildren and this is mine.
"Radio Silence is my story about a year of personal and public struggles. This song gave me strength and hope in a time where it was hard to find such simple things and so with this, I hope this song will carry that strength and hope to you."
