SINGLE PREMIERE: Riley Pearce - 'Electricity'
"The song is about being happy no matter where we land..."
Riley Pearce shares his brand new single today, premiering exclusively with The Music.
Dubbed Electricity, the track is the first single to be shared from the Perth artist's forthcoming project, Love & Other Stuff, which is due out next year.
"Between myself being a musician and my partner still finishing her studies - we have these dreams of one day owning a home and starting a family but there’s a lot of uncertainty involved and a lot of distance between ourselves now and reaching the eventual dream," Pearce told The Music.
"With that in mind, the song is about being happy no matter where we land, with each others presence and being in this journey together."
In addition to the premiere, Pearce has also announced his signing with booking agency Four Tone Artists, joining the likes of Bakers Eddy, Bec Sandridge, Cry Club and more on the roster.
"Riley is an artist that we have been keeping a close eye on for a while now, so it’s incredibly exciting that the stars are finally aligning and the timing is right to officially welcome him to the Four Tone family," said Four Tone Artists' Josh Lane of the signing.
"His passion for crafting truly great songs has always been evident, but particularly shines through on the new music he has been working on and I can’t wait to help have these songs heard on stages across the country."
