Single title? Freedom

What's the song about? It's instrumental, so it's pretty open to interpretation.. but going by its pace and title, think movement and exploration.

How long did it take to write/record? It was half written and tracked in the studio when we recorded the previous EP, then finished off in the home studio.. so it came together pretty quickly, maybe a couple of weeks all up.

Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? It's part 2 of the DM3 Project, which is a 3-part music and film project we're releasing.. part 3 is on it's way soon!

What was inspiring you during the songs writing and recording? Sometimes spur of the moment is all the inspiration you need. That and our collective ideas on the music we write. It's an all in thing with us, so I guess we inspire each other.

We'll like this song if we like... Wierd experimental livey-electronicy fast paced instrumental kinda dance kinda whack something or other.

Do you play it differently live? Does fucking it up count? Haha! No, it's very similar live to recorded, there may be some variation depending on how we feel at the time.

When and where is your launch/next gig? This Saturday, 25th October at Boney; with live support by Planéte and a Cuckoo Music throwdown afterwards until the wee hours.
