How long did it take to write/record? We had been jamming the main riff for a while but the vocals were elusive. Then one jam it just came quite spontaneously, almost stream-of-consciousness. We recorded it very soon after over two days.

Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? This track is being released as a single but you may find it points in the direction of a future release.

What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? Experimenting with shorter forms, more dynamic changes and less words. To create a kind of psychedelic raga and through the trancelike riff, inspire a heightened state and understanding of reality.

We'll like this song if we like... Tomorrow Never Knows by The Beatles.

Do you play it differently live? We like to have a little jam at the start, kind of like the preface to a raga. I have a new synthesizer so we have some fun with that.

When and where is your launch/next gig?
15 May - Elsewhere (Gold Coast)
16 May - The Foundry (Brisbane)
23 May - The Northern (Byron Bay)
