Single title? Stop.Listen&Love

What's the song about? It's about pain and desperation; someone being pushed to the edge and nobody is paying any attention.

How long did it take to write/record? Forever, a whole year, both! Take 112 was our final take, we built a studio just to record it in. It exhausted us, it was too important to mess up.

Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? Yes, it is being released with it's composite opposite, Heart of Fire — a song about taking a chance in life, about pushing through barriers and grabbing hold, then stamping your foot on the accelerator.

What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? With SLL it was the meaning behind the song, something we have all been exposed to or taken part in: bullying. We were inspired to raise awareness of the pain it causes.

We'll like this song if we like... Songs with a story, with meaning. Pure, raw, alternative rock.

Do you play it differently live? Yes, as a three-piece there is a switch between rhythm and lead, we beef it up a bit here and there, the bass covering parts of the rhythm.

When and where is your launch/next gig? 27 Nov, Lift-Off 2015 at The Woden CIT Music Centre. We are guest appearing and wanted to inspire the young artists competing there.
