What's the song about? Deeply held beliefs or habits become the rut in the track of our lives that our wheels will sit in.

How long did it take to write/record? Too long. Conceived on a shitty piano in Coolangatta years ago then the first few years of convincing the band to even listen to a demo, and then in a moment of weakness, I struck...

Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? New album, King Pest, out early 2016.

What was inspiring you during the song's writing and recording? It was important to have messy fucked up guitar and bass sounds, this is meant to be pretty filthy/murky sounding, it's not just cos we're cheap bastards...

Do you play it differently live? A work in process, as with all our songs, they tend to mutate when let out of the lab.
