What’s the song about? The Buzz can be any feeling that you have that gets you excited and makes you wanna go crazy.
How long did it take to write/record? We wrote the intro in 2013 but couldn’t get the drop, we left it for a year and then wrote the drop and finished the arrangement at the end of last year.
Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? Yep, The Buzz is on our new album Dark Night Sweet Light.
What was inspiring you during the song’s writing and recording? We’ve played a lot of festivals over the last couple of years so we wanted to write a track that had a huge drop but still retained some space and melodic movement.
We’ll like this song if we like... Jumping up and down!
Do you play it differently live? Yeah a little, we play a lot of the parts live and extend it a touch too.
