Single title? Aokigahara

What’s the song about? You could say it’s an internal monologue of someone going through a dark time.

How long did it take to write/record? We jammed it out during a couple of rehearsals. We recorded it over a week with the other tracks off our record ODD/EVEN.

Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release? IT CERTAINLY IS. It’s the first single off our upcoming LP ODD/EVEN!

What was inspiring you during the song’s writing and recording? 1. The dance scene from the 1989 Jean-Claude Van Damme film Kickboxer. 2. Trampolines. 3. Alcohol.

We’ll like this song if we like... Ghost Town – The Specials; Human Fly –The Cramps.

Do you play it differently live? Louder, sweatier... spicier.
