Australia’s longest running music TV show for those too poor to get Foxtel, VIDEO HITS, has come to a grim and gruesome end according to reports. Great. How are we supposed to while away the ills of LAST NIGHT’s party now?

Yes, PURPLE SNEAKERS can exclusively* report that after 25 years of loyal service Channel 10 has taken the axe to the neck of two of it’s TV-favourites - Video Hits and Sports Tonight. The swines. Reports also indicate that the show’s hosts Faustina Fuzzy Agolley and Dylan Lewis were dumped only yesterday by Channel 10 executives. Swines!
