Harbourlife 2012 delivered some fantastic performances for those tanned, music hungry attendees who probably want to do it all again.
So the festival season has finally begun and boy did it begin with a bang, Harbourlife 2012 delivered some fantastic performances for many music hungry attendees.
5000 Sydney-siders awoke on that sunny Saturday and gathered tickets in hand, to Mrs Macquaries Point for a day of music with the Opera House and Harbour Bridge as the backdrop to their day. Deep-house filled the air and local talent ISAAC TISCHAUR opened the day showing everyone that the party had only just begun, and it would only get hotter from here.

Named one of the best tracks of 2012, TODD TERJE played ‘Inspector Norse’ to the crowd in the late afternoon, and MARK FARINA delivered a ‘classic house set’ and FLUME, who has only just released his debut album which has dominated iTunes, played the tunes that everyone has come to love before FLIGHT FACILITIES took over the stage with their many wonderful tracks after the sun set on a summer bound Sydney.
The day had been smooth and everyone was buzzing with the music coming from some of the best acts the world has to offer, but as the sun drifted below the southern city skyline, ‘mash-up masters’ 2MANYDJS took to the stage to close the day with a bang. Playing an energetic set and cosing with their mix of TAME IMPALA’s smooth hit ‘Elephant’, 2MANYDJS ended the day on a hyper note showing that Sydney most definitely has one of the best festivals that Australia has got going.
