What does your store specialise in? We have a huge range of new vinyl. Plenty of good reissues of older releases, but the focus is current and active artists.

What's on high rotation on the store stereo at the moment and why? So many great releases turning up every week, but the two that we're being careful not to overplay is The Drones — Feelin Kinda Free and Jaala — Hard Hold.

What does a record store offer that clicking or tapping a button can't? Buying online is great for saving time or hunting down a bargain, but record stores have their own little quirks and personality, which can lead you to all kinds of new music.

Despite declines in other areas of the industry, vinyl is seeing an increase in sales. Why do you think that is? The convenience of MP3 is exposing more people to more music than ever, but the emotional connection to music is so strong that having a shelf full of vinyl gives you satisfaction that your hard-drive just can't.

What have you got planned on Record Store Day (including any sweet exclusives you'll have)? We're going to open a little earlier at 9am, but other than that it's just the usual plan of getting in as much RSD stock from around the world and surviving the onslaught of supporters!
