Premiere: Yon Yonson announce new album with bombastic Simo Soo remix of 'Berlin'

Western Sydney trio Yon Yonson have been writing, recording, mixing and releasing their own music and making their own videos from their humble bedroom since way back in 2010, most of the time without a care for a wider audience. Not in a pretension fashion mind, they simply just enjoy making music and putting up so other interested parties can listen.

Recently the trio linked up with champions of forward-thinking music in Australia, TEEF Records, and Berlin is their first single together. A sample driven record brings together clever production, delicate piano lines and Andrew Kuo’s signature vocal for something wholly unique, and staying very true to the group's ethos. And in line with that line of thinking, another Sydney artist and friend of the band, Simo Soo, has put his own twisted stamp on the track to help the group announce they'll be releasing their fourth full-length record, Yes No Sorry, due February 3 of 2017 via TEEF.

While we only have Berlin and Simo Soo's eclectic - and quite frankly, awesome - remix, the records promises to be one intrinsically tied to their Western Sydney origins, and punctuated with the same self-doubt and emotion that have inspired their hardcore fanbase since back in 2010.
