PREMIERE: Mick Thomas - Most Of The Time (Feat. Ruby Boots)

More Mick Thomas Mick Thomas Profile

In this cover of Bob Dylan's 1989 classic, Most Of The Time, troubadour Mick Thomas has enlisted alt-country siren Ruby Boots for a unique take on the (anti-)love song, as the two protagonists try to one-up each other on how little they miss and want each other.

Hailing from Thomas's upcoming compilation album These Are The Songs, the video for the duet sees the pair taking their long musical friendship to the studio and the park bench, as they sit texting each other lyrics from some of the world's best known tales of heartbreak.

You'll notice lyrics from Enrique Iglesias' Hero, Meat Loaf's Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad, Dionne Warwick's Wives And Lovers and more floating up on the screen in the cheeky homage to 21st century relationships.

Mick Thomas' These Are The Songs is out 2 March on Liberation Music.
