PREMIERE: Merc Mason - Pull Up, Hop Out

Burgeoning hip hop artist Merc Mason has dropped debut single, Pull Up, Hop Out; the lead single from his forthcoming EP Lucid which we at theMusic.com.au are stoked to be premiering today. 

The opening track of the EP, due out on 18 August, perfectly showcases the Sydney-based rapper's style, which is complemented by instrumentals inspired by late '00s southern rap. 

Mason produced Pull Up, Hop Out himself, while Sebastian Morales (Mookhi) mixed and mastered. 

Expect a video for the killer tune to be released in the coming weeks. 

Meanwhile to celebrate the release of Lucid next month, Mason will launch the EP in his hometown at Rare Finds' club night on Friday, 29 September.
