PREMIERE: Kirklandd - The Visions Minitape

Here comes the Kirklandd minitape, a four-track pocket of emotion titled The Visions Minitape. The mini EP features some great sounding live instrumentation and ebbs and flows as the album pushes and pulls with tension and release.

Featuring a return of old-school sounds that respect his hip hop roots, an array of polished textures and purposely degraded sounds, Avalanches-style loops and super modern synthesizers, Kirklandd has created some of the grooviest beats you’ll hear all week.

The minitape was mixed by Citizen Kaye and features Genesis Owusu, Chloe Au Fait and production from Cam Bluff, Kygo and Powers Pleasant. 

Kirklandd will be playing two hometown shows featuring some of his new material on 29 September and 7 October (with Coda Conduct).
