Ahead of its release this Friday, theMusic.com.au are proud to present the premiere stream of Ella Thompson's debut album, Janus.
The pop-indie songstress from Melbourne makes her mark from the very first track Drift, embracing an airy electro theme, complemented by melancholy lyrical inflections.
Thompson proves she is a force to be reckoned with on stand out tracks and the first two singles from the album, Arcade and I Go Over.
The producer of Janus is none other than ARIA award-nominee, John Castle, whose knack for discovering incredible female talent has been on display time and again in the past with such artists as East, Washington and Gossling.
Janus will be released officially on May 22 through HUB via Caroline Australia.
