Melbourne punks Ceres are a few short months away from releasing their second LP, Drag It Down On You, and to amp up their fans are exclusively premiering the new video clip for single, Happy In Your Head, with theMusic.com.au.
The psychedelic blue-tinged clip is honest and angsty, a bitter birthday song complete with a punched in chocolate cake with "20 Years Bad Luck" written on it in icing.
The band's Tom Lanyon says of the song, "Happy In Your Head is about finally realising you aren’t in someone’s life anymore. You’re just a memory in their head, and for some sick, sad reason - you are happy enough with that. That that’ll do. It’s the best you’ve got."
The clip comes with the good news that they've signing on with label Cooking Vinyl Australia and will be releasing the new album through them.

"I honestly couldn’t even begin to dream up a better bunch of people to be working with, than Cooking Vinyl Australia. Having Stu Harvey and Leigh Gruppetta, and the rest of their team in our corner, is all still a bit of a trip. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else," exclaimed Lanyon.
Drag It Down On You is due out on 2 September on Cooking Vinyl Australia.
