PREMIERE: Breaking Orbit - Transcension

The Sydney-based progressive rockers in Breaking Orbit are releasing the follow-up to their 2012 album, The Time Traveller, this week — and theMusic.com.au is exclusively premiering Transcension until its official release tomorrow. 

The nine tracks were recorded just outside of Sydney with producer Dylan Mitrovich, with singer Matt Quayle explaining that, "It's not only a continuation of the story of The Time Traveller, it's a massive leap forward for us as well."

We gave the album three stars, with our reviewer stating, "Slick production brings an absolutely massive sound, with just the right amount of variet between tones without becoming jarring."

The band have recently been on tour with sleepmakeswaves and Mastodon, and just released their first single, Become The Light.
