Adelaide rock’n’roll powerhouse Battlehounds have been elusive as of late, but that’s not to say they’ve been quiet.
Behind the scenes, they’ve spent the better part of 12 months piecing together new music, and it seems their tireless work ethic has paid off, with new single Good Man delivering a steady punch of gritty rock.
The first glimpse at the next chapter for Battlehounds comes with an interesting video pieced together by Melbourne director Scott Marrinan.
“The theme I had in mind while searching for footage was The Facade of the Modern Gentleman – men who hide their insecurities behind nice clothes, neat hair and a smile by day, only to become drunken, aggressive and relentless creatures by night,” Marrinan said.
Good Man is out now through Mirador Records with a new EP expected early 2017.
