Best record you stole from your folks’ collection? Unchained Melody – Al Green, though it isn’t really a studio album. That or A Very Special Christmas – 1987.

First record you bought? Make The Road By Walking – Menahan Street Band, although maybe I used my money to buy the Scandal’us CD in 2000... Remember that show Popstars?

Record you put on when you’re really miserable? If I want to be cheered up it would be currently Salad Days – Mac Demarco... If I’m easing back in it’s The Velvet Underground.  

Record you put on when you bring someone home? No Time for Dreaming – Charles Bradley.

Most surprising record in your collection? A 12-record box set entitled 120 Greatest Hit Songs From Broadway! I am also surprised it’s there.

Last thing you bought/downloaded? Emma Jean – Lee Fields.
